非对称结构金属滤材在汽油吸附脱硫装置上的应用

  • 摘要: 介绍了非对称金属过滤材料的结构特点,分析了国产非对称结构金属滤材在中石化汽油吸附脱硫(S Zorb)装置反应器过滤器中的应用情况。结果表明,与均质金属过滤材料相比,非对称结构金属滤材具有优异的流通特性;在满足过滤精度的前提下,国产非对称结构金属滤材的流通性能更好,压差更低,能够满足汽油吸附脱硫(S Zorb)装置的更长周期运行要求,比传统均质滤材具有更好的适应性和优越性,对增强汽油吸附脱硫(S Zorb)装置运行可靠性起到十分积极的作用。

     

    Abstract: The structural characteristics of asymmetric metal filter materials were introduced, and the application of domestic asymmetrical metal filter element in reactor filter of Sinopec gasoline adsorption desulfurization (S Zorb) equipment was analyzed in this paper. The results show that, compared with the homogeneous metal filter materials, the asymmetric metal filter materials present the excellent flow characteristics. On the basis of satisfying the filtration accuracy, the circulation performance of the domestic asymmetric structural metal filter is better and the pressure difference is lower, showing the better adaptability and superiority than the traditional homogeneous filter element, which can meet the longer period operation requirements of S Zorb equipment and play a very positive role in the operation reliability of S Zorb equipment.
