Cu–Fe合金制备技术研究进展

Research progress on the preparation technology of Cu-Fe alloy

  • 摘要: Cu-Fe合金成本低廉、较易熔炼且具有优良的综合性能, 其应用前景非常广阔, 但制备过程中固溶在Cu基体中的Fe会严重影响合金导电性, 使其发展受到了限制。本文综述了利用形变原位复合法、快速凝固法、多元合金化法、粉末冶金法等方法制备高强高导Cu-Fe合金的原理和特点, 总结了不同方法的优势和存在的弊端, 着重讨论了抑制Cu基体中Fe固溶和促进Fe析出的问题, 并展望了通过优化粉末冶金工艺和多元合金化制备Cu-Fe合金的重要方向。

     

    Abstract: Due to the low cost, easy melting, and excellent comprehensive properties, the Cu-Fe alloy is applicated broadly.However, the conductivity of Cu-Fe alloy is seriously affected by the Fe solid solution in Cu matrix during preparation process, which may limit the development of Cu-Fe alloy. In this paper, the mechanism, characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of the preparation methods for high strength and high conductivity Cu-Fe alloy were reviewed and summarized, including in-situ deformation, rapid solidification, multi-alloying, and powder metallurgy. The inhibition of Fe solid solution and the promotion of Fe precipitation in Cu matrix were discussed emphatically. The optimizing powder metallurgy technology and multi-alloying of Cu-Fealloy was also prospected.
