超高速激光熔覆的研究现状与展望

Research status and prospect of ultra-high speed laser cladding

  • 摘要: 超高速激光熔覆技术是近年发展起来的一种表面改性技术,因其稀释率低、热影响区小、效率高等特点,受到国内外学者的青睐。文章介绍了几种常见表面改性技术并进行比较,从粉末材料、工艺参数、组织性能三方面分析了超高速激光熔覆的研究现状,讨论了传统激光熔覆涂层与超高速激光熔覆涂层微观组织及性能的差异,总结了超高速激光熔覆技术的应用实践,综述了超高速激光熔覆技术目前存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行展望。

     

    Abstract: Ultra-high speed laser cladding technology is the surface modification technology developed in recent years. Due to the characteristics of low dilution rate, small heat-affected zone, and high efficiency, it has been favored by scholars at home and abroad. The several common surface modification techniques were introduced and compared in this article. The research status of ultra-high speed laser cladding was analyzed as the three followed aspects: powder materials, process parameters, and microstructure and properties. The differences in microstructure and properties between traditional laser cladding coatings and ultra-high speed laser cladding coatings were discussed, and the application practice of ultra-high speed laser cladding technology was summarized. The current problems existing in ultra-high speed laser cladding technology were reviewed, and the development trend was prospected.
