钛合金热等静压粉末冶金专利技术态势分析

Application trends of powder metallurgy patents in hot isostatic pressing titanium alloys

  • 摘要: 基于Incopat专利数据库,从专利数据角度对全球钛合金热等静压粉末冶金技术专利进行文献检索、数据提取和计量分析,从专利申请趋势、技术趋势和主要国家申请等方面呈现全球热等静压钛合金专利的整体态势。结果显示:我国对热等静压钛合金的探索关注多,技术专利具备数量优势。热等静压钛合金专利申请主要围绕制备技术展开,三个细分主题分别为烧结粉末金属/硬颗粒/粉末冶金钛合金、烧结时间/烧结温度/钛合金金属、镍钛合金/热等静压/冷加工;专利申请机构主要以高校为主,中国、美国和俄罗斯为全球主要钛合金热等静压粉末冶金技术专利申请国家。今后需关注热等静压钛合金专利的数量提升和质量优化,增强校企间合作,推进热等静压钛合金粉末冶金研制主题的深化与专利布局。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Incopat patent database, the literature search, data extraction, and quantitative analysis were conducted on the global powder metallurgy technology fields of hot isostatic pressing titanium alloys from the perspective of patent data. The overall situation of the hot isostatic pressing titanium alloy patents was presented from the aspects as the patent application trends, technological trends, and major country applications. The results show that China pays more attention to the exploration of hot isostatic pressing titanium alloys and has a significant advantage in the number of technical patents. The applications of hot isostatic pressing titanium alloy patents mainly focus on the preparation technology, and the three sub-themes are as followed: the sintered powder metal/hard particles/powder metallurgy titanium alloys, sintering time/sintering temperature/titanium alloy metal, and nickel-titanium alloys/hot isostatic pressing/cold processing. The patent application institutions are mainly universities, and China, the United States, and Russia are the main countries for the powder metallurgy patent applications of hot isostatic pressing titanium alloys. It is necessary to pay attention to the quantity and quality improvement of the hot isostatic pressing titanium alloy patents, enhance the cooperation between universities and enterprises, and promote the patent layout of the hot isostatic pressing titanium alloy.
