改性粘结剂在金属注射成型中的界面与性能调控研究进展

Research Progress on Interface Mechanisms and Performance Regulation of Modified Binders in Metal Injection Molding

  • 摘要: 粘结剂在金属注射成型工艺中扮演着不可或缺的角色,其性能直接影响到注射质量与脱脂过程的效率。选择恰当的粘结剂可以确保喂料展现出优异的流变特性以及良好的脱脂性能,这对于生坯的均质性和烧结产品的致密性至关重要。然而,传统粘结剂在流动性及缺陷形成方面存在固有不足,对粘结剂进行改性以提高其性能成为注射成型的需求。本文旨在系统梳理粘结剂的多种改性策略的进展及其作用机理的探究,重点讨论通过优化粘结剂配方、改善粘结剂与金属粉末之间的界面作用以及增强脱脂过程的稳定性等。

     

    Abstract: In the context of metal injection molding, binders assume a role of paramount importance, exerting a direct influence on the quality of the injection and the efficiency of the degreasing process. The selection of an appropriate binder is therefore paramount, ensuring that the feedstock exhibits optimal rheological properties and effective debeinding performance. This is essential for the homogeneity of the billet and the densification of the sintered product. However, conventional binders exhibit inherent deficiencies in flowability and defect formation, and modification of binders to improve their performance has become an urgent need in injection moulding. The objective of this paper is to systematically review the progress of various binder modification strategies and investigate their mechanisms of action, focusing on the optimization of binder formulations, the improvement of the interfacial interaction between binder and metal powder, and the enhancement of the stability of the degreasing process.
