银金属氧化物电接触材料微结构研究现状与展望

A review on the microstructure of silver metal-oxide electrical contact materials

  • 摘要: 本文从改善银氧化锡电接触材料性能的方法出发,提出微结构的设计与调控是银金属氧化物材料改善性能的关键。论文综述了氧化物本征掺杂对银氧化物电接触材料性能影响的研究现状、复相氧化物增强银基电接触材料的研究现状、异质核壳氧化物增强银基电接触材料的研究现状、以及银与氧化物粒度对银基电接触材料性能影响的研究现状;并对下一代银金属氧化物电接触材料的发展进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Based on the methods of improving the properties of silver tin oxide electrical contact materials, the design and control of microstructure are considered as the key to improving the performance of silver metal-oxide. In this paper, the effects of oxide intrinsic doping on the properties of silver-oxide electrical contact materials, multiphase oxide and heterogeneous core-shell oxides enhanced silver-based electrical contact materials, and the effect of silver and oxide particle sizes on the properties of silver-based electrical contact materials were systematically reviewed. Furthermore, the development of the next-generation silver metal-oxide electrical contact materials is prospected.
