金属注射成形17-4PH高强度不锈钢的研究

Study on MIM of high strength stainless steel 17-4PH

  • 摘要: 使用热脱粘-真空烧结连续工艺制取金属注射成形(MIM)17-4PH不锈钢.观察分析了MIM17-4PH试样烧结态和时效态的显微组织,测试了其力学性能和耐蚀性能.结果表明,使用粉末装载量(体积分数)为65%的注射料,采用热脱粘-真空烧结连续工艺,在1360℃下烧结2h的MIM17-4PH经热处理后达到的综合性能为ρ=7.72g/cm3,σb=1100MPa,σ0.2=1053MPa,δ=14%,αkv=630kJ/m2,HRC=37.
