MIM注射料粘度与流变行为研究

Viscosity and rheological behavior of MIM feed stock

摘要: 对相同粉末装载量的4种粘结剂体系的Fe-NiMIM注射料的粘度和流变行为进行了研究,采用毛细管流变仪,获得了MIM注射料在不同温度、不同剪切速率下的粘度值。分析了MIM注射料的流动性能、粘度对应变速率的敏感性、粘度对温度的敏感性,比较了各粘结剂的粘度和注射料的流动性指数的差异。

Abstract: The viscosity and rheological behavior of Fe-Ni MIM feedstock with four kinds of binders were studied. The viscosity of MIM feedstock at different temperature and shear rate were measured throush capillary rheometer. The flowability, sensitivity of viscosity to shear rate, sensitivity of viscosity to temperature were investigated. The viscosity of binders and the moldability parameter of feedstock were compared.
