摘要: 采用粉末冶金技术制取的铅青铜材料ZQpb25-5,组织成分均匀、晶粒细小,铅呈细点状和不连续的网状均匀分布在α相晶粒边界,α相基体里有大量孪晶,未发现树枝状晶。本文研究了粉末冶金铅青铜材料的制造和性能。Abstract: Lead bronze material ZQpb 25-5 manufactured by P/M technology has homogenous structure and fine grain. Lead was uniformly distriputed on the grain boundaries of α phase in the form of tiny spots and discontinuous net work.There are a large number of twin grains in α phase matrix and no dendritic crystals.The present paper has investigated the manufacture and properties of P/M lead bronze materials.
