WC系钢结硬质合金热处理中硬质相的行为

BEHAVIOUR OF HARD PHASE OF STEEL BONDED WC HARD ALLOY DURING HEAT TREATMENT

  • 摘要: 本文对WC系钢结硬质合金热处理过程中硬质相的行为作了研究。用电子探针及扫描电子显微镜进行了相成分的定性和定量分析;用X射线衍射仪进行了物相分析;用金相显微镜和电子显微镜观察了合金组织。结果证明,WC系钢结硬质合金在热处理时,硬质相与粘结相发生相互溶解与析出。据此,讨论了粘结相钢的化学成分变化对合金热处理工艺、组织结构和性能的影响,从而为这类合金材料的热处理提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Behaviour of hard phase of steel bonded WC hard alloy during heat treatment has been investigated. Qualitative and quantitative analyses of their phase compositions were carried out with electron probe and scanning electron microscope. Phase structure analysis and metallographic structure observation were made by X-ray diffractometer and optical and electron microscope respectively. During heat treatment the solution and precipitation between hard phase and binder phase of steel bonded WC hard alloy have been proved. The influence of the change of chemical compositions in steel binder phase on heat treatment conditions, structure and properties is discussed, so that the theoretical bases of the heat treatment of this kind of materials can be given.
