我国中小型硬质合金厂当前的发展方向

Developing Trend of Middle-and Small-scale Cemented Carbide Factories in China

摘要: 本文分析了我国硬质合金的生产形势,并就中小型硬质合金厂当前的发展问题作了论述。文章列举了中小型厂经过国民经济调整后发生的变化,提出在发展生产中应注意的几个问题:(1)要注重提高产品质量;(2)要尽量少生产或者不生产大路货;(3)要根据地方和部门的特点生产独具特色的产品。文章还特别提到发展产品的深度加工的必要性和迫切性,并就如何进行深度加工提出了看法。

Abstract: The current circumstances of cemented carbide industry in China were analyzed and the problems concerning developing trend of middle-and Small-scale cemented carbidc factories were discussed in this paper. Great changes aroused during regulation period of national economy were investigated. Great attandion should be paid for several problems, namely:(1) improving the quality of products; (2) less or not producing popular goods of dependadle quality; (3) producing products according to their local characteristics. The necessity and urgency of developing the further machining for products were emphasized, and how to operate the further machining Was also explained.
