介绍几种防止真空烧结硬质合金粘舟的方法

SOME RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PREVENTION OF CEMENTED CARBIDE FROM BINDING BOATS DURING VACUUM SINTERING

  • 摘要: 真空烧结硬质合金技术比传统的氢烧结技术具有许多该法所无法比拟的优点,但工艺上必须采取防粘舟措施方能保证生产的正常进行。本文作者根据近几年来的试验结果和生产实践经验,介绍了常用的陶瓷垫片法、舟皿表面刻纹法和舟皿表面涂层法等几种防止真空烧结硬质合金粘舟的方法,并从工艺、技术经济、使用效果、适用范围等方面对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较。最后,作者认为舟皿表面涂层法是一种使用方便、成本低、效果好、适用范围广的好方法。

     

    Abstract: Vacuum sintering technology of cemented carbide has a lot of advantages over conventional method of sintering in hydrogen,but it is necessary to take a certain technological measure to prevent from binding boats,so that a normal production can be ensured. According to experimental results and practical experiences in production for serveral years anthors of this paper have recommended conventional methods,i,e. ceramic spacer,engraved lines on the surface of boats and spraying coating on the surface of boats. The comparison of both advantages and shortcomings between them from the considerations of technology,economy, efficiency and application range was made Finally, authors have given evaluation that spraying coating on boat surface is a process with more convenience, lower cost, higher efficiency and superior flexibility.
