YC09-切削加工喷涂层的硬质合金刀具材料

YC09-Hard Metal for Cutting Thermal Sputter Coating

  • 摘要: YC09合金是为解决热喷涂层的切削加工而设计制造的一种新型的高耐磨性硬质合金刀具材料。本文简述了热喷涂材料的种类、特性以及切削加工时对刀具材料的要求;介绍了YC09硬质合金刀具材料成分、组织结构及使用结果。YC09合金具有超细晶粒组织,硬度为HRA94,抗弯强度大于120kgf/mm2。将YC09合金与国内外几种高耐磨性刀具牌号进行了对比,通过实例说明YC03刀具材料在切削加工热喷涂层时,具有比其它合金更为显著的优点。

     

    Abstract: YC09 grade introduced in this paper is a new hard metal tool materia for machining thermal-sputter coating. It is ultra-micro tungsten carbide base alloy. It has extremely high hardness (HRA 94) and wear resistance as well as sufficient heat resistance and appropriate toughness. Its bending strength is higher than 120kg/mm2. This alloy is suitable for turning and milling nickel base, cobalt base, iron base thermal-sputter coating. when it is used in machining high hardness thermal-sputter coatings with HRC 72, YC09 exhibits high outstanding advantages. many cutting instances have shown that a lot of problems in machining thermal-sputter coatings have solved by using YC09.
