DIE DESIGN OF P/M PLAIN-BEVEL GEAR

  • 摘要: 根据渐开线齿轮的基础知识及粉末压制烧结理论确定了设计模具型腔及结构的原理和方法。实践证明,模具结构合理,制造容易,产品质量可靠,生产效率高。其成本比机加工降低70%。效果良好。
    Abstract: According to the requirements for the involute gear and powder metallurgy theory, the present article gives a principle and method for designing die cave and structure. The practice shows that the die designed is reasonable in structure and easy making. The P/M parts produced by the die have reliable quality and high productivity. The production costs are reduced 70% than machine-made method.
