Abstract: The present paper has described the influence of die structure and integral mode on the coaxality of bearings and has pointed out that full coining is an effective method for improving the coaxality of bearings. Author has also given out the technical paramelers and calculating formulas for the design of full coining die as well as the principles for the determination of high accurate to lerance.
