Abstract: With its features of high demands for the combination properties involving complicated shape, accuracy, physical and mechancal properties,etc. the valve sleeve in power steering-gear made by selected Fe-Ni-C-Cu system of materials and adopting combining sintering, copper infiltration, heat and cold treatment, etc. has stabilized metallographic structure, higher hardness, superior leakproof,close accuracy and size stabilization during long term performance.
