自蔓延高温合成法制备WC-Al2O3复合陶瓷材料的研究

STUDY ON WC-Al2O3 COMPOUND CERAMIC MATERIAL PREPARED BY SHS

  • 摘要: 研究了WC-Al2O3复合陶瓷材料的自蔓延高温合成过程中,稀释剂含量、反应物类型(炭黑与石墨)、金属还原剂粒度,以及碳的配比含量对燃烧反应的速率、温度和燃烧合成物相组成的影响。结果表明,采用自蔓延高温合成技术制备WC-Al2O3复合陶瓷材料时,气相产物的生成及挥发是影响反应参数和合成产物相组成的重要因素。通过改变反应物的配比含量,可以有效地调整合成产物中WC,W2C以及W的相对含量。

     

    Abstract: The paper has studied the influence of deluent contents,kinds of reactents (black carbon or graphite),particle size of medal reductants and composition of carbon on the speed and temperature and the phase composition of combustion reaction during the process of SHS synthesis of WC-Al2O3 compound ceramic materials. The results show that when the WC-Al2O3 composite ceramic materials are prepared by SHS,the formation and vaporization of gaseous phase products are the important factors influencing reaction parameters and composition of synthetical product Phase. By changing the reactant mixture ratio the relative content of the products WC,W2C and W,can be effectively abjusted.
