X-Ray QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF WC, W2C AND W IN TUNGSTEN CARBIDE POWDER

  • 摘要: 叙述了用X定量分析法测定WC、W2C和W的含量。在评述各种方法的基础上,提出:钨的K值由ASTM卡片查得,WC的K值由标样法求得,而W2C的K值由实验算出。文章讨论了各峰重叠及修正方法,给出了计算框图及实际测定结果。
    Abstract: Determination of WC, W2C and W contents by using X-ray quantitative analysis method has been described. On the basis of evaluating various methods, it has outlined that the K value of W was found out from ASTM cards, the K value of WC was obtained by sampling method and the K value of W2C was calculated in practice. The present paper has discussed the overlap of each peak and revision method and given out calculating frame chart and results practically determined.
