钴在提高钕铁硼合金居里温度和降低温度系数中的作用

EFFECTS OF Co ON RAISING CURIE TEMPERATURE AND REDUCING TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT OF NdFeB ALLOY

  • 摘要: 本研究通过添加钴和其它微量元素,使钕铁硼永磁合金的居里温度提高,温度系数降低;并在改善合金温度稳定性的同时,使之仍保持高的磁性能。所制合金具有下述良好性能:Br=1.29T;iHc=648kA/m;bHc=584kA/m;(BH)max=304kJ/m3;Tc=500℃;αBr=0.015%/℃。
    Abstract: NdFeB permanent alloy exhibits very high magnetic properties, but its application scope has been limited for its low curie temperature(about 310℃) and high temperature coefficient(remanence reversible temperature coefficient is about -0.13%/℃ in a temperature range of 20-100℃). In this study, curie temperature was raised and temperature coefficient was reduced by adding Co and other trace elements. As the temperature stability has been improved the high magnetic properties are still kept. The optimum properties of the samples obtained are as follows:Br=1.29T, iHc=648kA/m, bHc=584kA/m, BHmax=304kJ/m3, Tc=500℃, αBr=-0.05%/℃.
