机械合金化Al-10Fe-4Ni粉末体组织特征

STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF MECHANICALLY ALLOYED Al-10Fe-4Ni POWDER

  • 摘要: 采用扫描电镜、电子探针及X射线结构分析研究了铝、铁、镍单元混合粉在机械合金化时粉末的粒度、形态、组织特征以及微观结构的变化规律。测定了铁、镍在铝中的固溶度变化以及球磨对微观应变及微晶尺寸的影响,结果表明,铁、镍在铝中的固溶与微晶尺寸碎化同时进行,但这一切都必须以三种粉末在球磨初期形成细密的复合层状组织为前提。

     

    Abstract: The particle size, morphology, structural features and changing rules of microstructure of elemental Al, Fe and Ni powders during mechanical alloying have been studied by SEM, EPMA and X-ray diffraction. The change of solid solubility of Fe and Ni in Al and effects of ball-milling condtions on micro-strain and micro-grain size have been measured. The results show that the solution of Fe and Ni in Al and the decrease of grain size occur simultaneously, but all these must be based on the premise of the fine layer structure of three kinds of powder having been formed at the initial stage of ball milling process.
