INFLUENCE OF STEAM TREATMENT ON PHYSICOCHEMICAL AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF SINTERED IRON BASE PARTS

  • 摘要: 分析了烧结铁基零件蒸汽处理的工艺参数:温度.时间,被处理件的化学成分、密度和粉末类型等对其表面硬度、耐磨性、抗腐蚀性以及径向压溃强度的影响。强调了对其处理效果的评价必须以具体的应用场合为根据。
    Abstract: Influence of processing parameters of steem treatment including temperature, time, chemical composition of products, density, types of powder and etc. On surface hardness, wear and corrosion resistance and radial compression strength of sintered iron base parts has been analyzed. It is emphatically pointed out that the analysis and evaluation of the effect of staam treatment should be in accordance with conditions of application.
