不同铬含量的CuCr、CuCrFe真空触头材料性能研究

STUDY OF THE PROPERTIES OF DIFFERENT Cr CONTENT CuCr AND CuCrFe VACUUM CONTACT MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 研究了用“混粉-CIP成形-烧结-HIP致密化”工艺制取的不同铬含量的CuCr、CuCrFe真空触头材料。测定并观察了它们的物理性能,力学性能和显微组织。着重研究了CuCr、CuCrFe合金中铬含量和添加少量铁元素对其性能的影响。

     

    Abstract: The properties of CuCr and CuCrFe vacuum contact materials made by powder-mixing, CIP-forming, sintering and HIP-compacting are studied. The effect of different Cr content and of additional Fe composition on the material properties is emphatically discussed.
