铁粉二次还原的基本原理和工艺控制

FUNDAMENTAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL CONTROL FOR SECONDARY REDUCTION OF IRON POWDER

  • 摘要: 用氢或分解氨对铁粉进行800~1000℃热处理的精还原工艺,已成为当今生产高水准铁粉有效的手段。文中对铁粉的脱碳、去氧、除硫和降氮等反应进行了热力学分析,并介绍了原料铁粉、气氛、温度、时间等二次还原工艺中所需控制的要点。

     

    Abstract: The fine reduction technology for the heat treatmentofiron powder at 800 1000℃ in hydrogen and aSSociated ammonia gas has become an effective means to produce high smndard iron pewder presently.The paPer has given thermodynamics analysis for decarbonlzatlon,deoxldatlon,desulphunzatlon and denitrification,and outlined the key points to be controlled,such as starting iron powder,atffiosphere,temperature,holding time etc.in the process of secondary reducnon.
