  • 摘要: 概述了喷雾共沉积工艺的典型特点,指出喷雾共沉积工艺在高阻尼减振材料、耐磨减摩材料、高强度高导电材料制备方面具有广阔的前景。
    Abstract: The typical characteritics of the spray co deposition were summerized.It is promising to manufacture the material with high damping capacity,good friction-wear,high strength and high conductivity properties.
