DOUBLE-DIRECTION PRESSING WITH FRICTIONAL ROD AND ITS APPLICATIONS

  • 摘要: 铁基薄壁衬套采用单向、双向压制方法,都存在着零件的密度和硬度沿高度方向分布不均匀的情况。带摩擦芯杆的双向压制法是改善其密度和硬度分布不均匀性的有效途径之一,并介绍了此法的应用实例。
    Abstract: There are difference of density and hardness in iron base bushings with thin walls by single- and double-pressing process along their longitudinal direction.The present paper has explained that the double-direction pressing with frictional core rod is one of effective ways for improving the distribution of both density and hardness. The applications of this process have also been given by practical examples.
