DX-1型粉末冶金多孔显示板的孔隙结构

A STUDY ON DX-1 TYPE P/M POROUS DISPLAY PLATES

  • 摘要: 多孔显示板材料的孔隙结构和特性是影响其显示图像的主要因素,而孔隙结构和特性又主要取决于粉末原料的性质及制取材料的工艺。本文通过对粉末的材质、颗粒形貌、粒度组成和制取工艺的选择,制取了一具有适宜孔隙结构及特性的多孔显示板,其图像显示效果在95%以上。
    Abstract: Pore structure and characteristic of porous display plate materials are the main factors affecting the image, and in turn depend on the properties of powder and its manufacture technologies. In this study a kind of display plates with appropriate pore structure and characteristic were made by selecting powder quality, morphology of powder particle, particle size distribution and manufacture technology of powder, The image display efficiency of plates is over 95%.
