摩托车零件用GL-90粉末冶金钢的研制与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF GL-90 P/M STEEL FOR MOTOCYCLE PARTS

  • 摘要: 测定了高强度可热处理粉末冶金钢GL-90的力学性能、显微组织与密度、回火温度的关系。密度大于6.90g/cm3的粉末冶金钢在可控气氛下淬火、低温回火后,组织为细束板条马氏体,具有最佳的综合力学性能。其性能与日本高强度热处理粉末冶金钢H-90相仿,抗拉强度达890 MPa,耐磨性能优于45#钢。已成功地用GL-90粉末冶金钢制成全城摩托车传动轴内、外套异形齿轮。

     

    Abstract: The relations between mechanical properties and microstructures and densities and tempering temperatures of high strength heat treatable GL-90 P/M steel have been tested. After being hardened in controlled atmosphere and tempered at low temperature, P/M steel with the density over 6.90g/cm3 had the structure with fine boundles of strip martensite and the optimum combination of mechanical properties which were similar to Japanese H-90 heat treated P/M steel and had high strengthup to 890MPa and wear resistance being superior to 45# steel. The inner and outer sleeve irregular shape gears of transmission shaft for JINCHENG motocycle have been successfully made by GL-90 P/M steel.
