610合金对喷涂(焊)材料的切削加工

THE CUTTING OF 610 CARBIDE SPRAYED MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 本文分析了喷涂(焊)材料的加工特点,采用相当于ISO标准K01-K10、具有优良切削性能的超细晶粒的新型合金610,选用小主偏角(8-15°),大后角(12-14°),低切削速度10-35m/min、0.4mm/r以上走刀量的加工规范,成功地解决了铁基、钴基、镍基及超硬自熔合金粉末等喷涂(焊)材料的切削加工,并获得显著的技术经济效果。列举了车削、铣削、刨削的加工实例。

     

    Abstract: The technical problems in cutting various sprayed materials such as iron base, cobalt base, nikel base and superhard selfmelting alloy powder materials have been successfully solved by using 610 cemented carbide under following cutting conditions:edge angle 8-15°, relief angle 12-14°, cutting speed 10-35m/min and feed 0.4mm/r. This method has obtained remarkable technical and economical results.
