自蔓延高温合成(SHS)制备β-SiC陶瓷材料的研究

STUDY ON SELF-PROPAGATING HIGH-TEMPERATURE SYNTHESIS(SHS) FOR MANUFACTURE OF β-SiC CERAMIC MATERIALS

  • 摘要: 对采用预热碳粉和硅粉的SHS工艺合成β-SiC的方法进行了理论性阐述,提供了可供选择的工艺参数。对合成的细颗粒β-SiC粉末进行了X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜和粒度分析,为用SHS法生产细颗粒纯β-SiC粉末提供了一条更经济、高效的途径。

     

    Abstract: The process of synthesizing β-SiC by using pre-heated carbon powder and silicon powder has been theoritically explained. The optional technological parameters have been put forward, X ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and particle size analysis of synthesized fine particle β-SiC powder have been done. A more economic and high effective way to produce fine particle pure β-SiC powder by SHS process has been proved.
