THE EFFECTS OF PROCESSING FACTORS AND ADDING ELEMENTS ON SINTERING OF Cr-Cu ALLOY

  • 摘要: 研究了Cr-Cu合金烧结时,烧结气氛、烧结温度、铬粉粒度及压制压力等工艺因素和添加元素(Fe或Co)对烧结过程的影响。结果表明:真空烧结试样的密度高于纯氢烧结的试样,真空烧结具有明显的脱氮效果。添加元素Fe或Co在两种情况下均可提高Cr-Cu合金的烧结密度。探讨了产生上述影响的机理。并用金相显微镜观察了Cr-Cu合金的组织结构。
    Abstract: The effects of sintering atmosphere and temperature, particlesize of Cr powder, compacting pressure and adding elements (Fe or Co) on the sintering of Cr-Cu alloy are studied. Results show that the density of specimens sintered in vacuum is higher than that in pure H2 and vacuum sintering has a significant effect on denitrogenation. The density Cr-Cu alloy can be increased by adding Fe or Co. The reason of above effects is discussed and the microstructure, of Cr-Cu alloy is studied.
