Non-isothermal Kinetics of Low Temperature Thermal Debinding Stearic Acid

摘要: 利用热重法研究了硬脂酸在粉末注射成形生坯中低温热脱除的非等温动力学。采用微分法和积分法确定动力学参数,推出硬脂酸在聚丙烯配方体系生坯中热脱除的动力学方程式为:-ln(1-a)=Aexp(-E/RT)t1/4。热脱除的动力学控制步骤为硬脂酸在聚丙烯中的扩散过程。Abstract: Non-isothermal kinetics of low tempersture thernal debinding stearic acid in PIM is studied by TG.The kinetics parameters are determined by differential and integral method.In the polypropylene based greenware,the most possible debinding kinetics equation is -ln(1-a)=A exp(-E/RT)t1/4.The burnout rate is controlled by the diffusion of stearic acid in polypropylene.
