TZP/TiC/Al2O3陶瓷复合材料在模具中的应用

Application of TZP/TiC/Al2O3 Ceramic Composite in Drawing Die

  • 摘要: 采用TZP相变和TiC颗粒共同增韧Al2O3,使TZP/TiC/Al2O3复合材料的抗弯强度σf和断裂韧度KIC分别达到1106MPa和11.86MPa·m1/2。探讨了复合材料在用作螺旋丝拉拔模具时的磨损和破损行为,研究了TZP和TiC对模具磨损和破损性能的影响。当TiC含量一定时,随TZP含量增加,模具的耐磨损和抗破损性能得到明显改善,可以认为应力诱发TZP相变、裂纹偏转与桥联、残余应力等增韧机制为减磨和抗破损机制。

     

    Abstract: The Al2O3 matrix is toughened by TZP transformation and TiC particle dispersed,its flexure strength σf and fracture toughhess KIC are up to 1106 MPa and 11 86 MPa·m1/2 respectively.It is successfully employed in spiral-grooved wire cold drawing die.The wear and damage behaviour of the drawing die and the influences of TZP transformation and TiC particles on wear and damage resistence are studied.The result show that the wear and damage resistence are greatly improved due to the transformation,crack deflection and bridging,residual stress.
