Study on Manufacturing Process of(W,Ti)(C,N) Solid Solution

  • 摘要: 以正交试验法研究了(W,Ti)C固溶体类型、配氮量、真空度(PN2)对制备(W,Ti)(C,N)的影响。结果表明,(W,Ti)C固溶体类型是影响氮含量变化率的主要因素,其它因素影响不显著。按本试验方法,可以制备出高氮含量单相的(W,Ti)(C,N)固溶体。
    Abstract: Influence of (W,Ti)C solid solution types,nitrogen proportioning quantity and vacuum degree on the manufacture of (W,Ti)(C,N)solid solution by using orthogonal experimental method has been studied,thus single phase(W,Ti)(C,N)solid solution with high nitrogen contents has been manufactured. The result has shown (W,Ti)C solid solution type is the main factor influencing nitrogen contents.
