Abstract:
The present paper has investigated the manufacture of prealloyed powder by compacting, presintering, crushing, grading and strengthensintering fine tungsten powder with an addition of 1~2% Ni-Fe(wt)powder and the porous W-Ni-Fe alloy by forming, pre-sintering and sintering the above coarse powder with an addition of 2%(wt)stearic acid or 0.4%(wt)polyvinyl alcohol. The influence of strengthen-sintering temperature, particle size, compacting pressure, sintering temperature and time and other technological factors of granules on the properties of porous W-Ni-Fe alley has been studied. The porous W-Ni-Fe alloy with maximum pore size of 130.7um, relative air permeability of 1.78×10

2O, open porosity of 26.46% and bending strength of 141.3 MPa has been developed. The experiment of resistant to heat shoek has proved that it can be used for cleaning burning gas with 11.8 MPa in pressure at 1523K.
