W-Ni-Fe合金多孔材料的研究

AN INVESTIGATION OF POROUS W-Ni-Fe ALLOY

  • 摘要: 研究了由细钨粉加1~2% Ni-Fe(wt),通过压制、预烧结、研碎、分级和强化烧结制预合金粉,再由合金粗粉加2%(wt)硬脂酸或0.4%(wt)聚乙烯醇,通过成形、预烧结和烧结成W-Ni-Fe合金多孔材料的工艺。探讨了团粒强化烧结温度、粉末粒度、成形压力、烧结温度和时间等工艺因素对多孔W-Ni-Fe合金性能的影响。研制出具有最大孔径130.7μm,相对透气系数1.78×10-2L/min·cm2·mm·H2O,开孔孔隙度26.46%,抗弯强度141.3MPa的多孔W-Ni-Fe合金多孔材料,经抗热震使用实验,证明能用于净化1523K和11.8MPa的高温高压燃气。

     

    Abstract: The present paper has investigated the manufacture of prealloyed powder by compacting, presintering, crushing, grading and strengthensintering fine tungsten powder with an addition of 1~2% Ni-Fe(wt)powder and the porous W-Ni-Fe alloy by forming, pre-sintering and sintering the above coarse powder with an addition of 2%(wt)stearic acid or 0.4%(wt)polyvinyl alcohol. The influence of strengthen-sintering temperature, particle size, compacting pressure, sintering temperature and time and other technological factors of granules on the properties of porous W-Ni-Fe alley has been studied. The porous W-Ni-Fe alloy with maximum pore size of 130.7um, relative air permeability of 1.78×10-2 L/min·cm2·mmH2O, open porosity of 26.46% and bending strength of 141.3 MPa has been developed. The experiment of resistant to heat shoek has proved that it can be used for cleaning burning gas with 11.8 MPa in pressure at 1523K.
