Abstract:
The influence of composition and sintering temperature of Fe-on-Me iron based antifriction material on its physical and mechanical properties has been studied. The results show that under the condition of optimum composition and sintering temperature, the Fe-Cu-Me materials have superior combined properties and allow to substitute for ZQ
Sn 6-6-3 alloy under certain prosessing conditions. The Fe-Cu-Me materials are expected to be the inexpensive antifriction materials with high properties and remarkable saving of energy and materials.
