ANALYTICAL STUDY ON IMPORTED CEMENTED CARBIDE ANVILS AND DIES

  • 摘要: 选择引进生产线上使用过的进口大型硬质合金顶锤、压缸,进行了解剖分析。实验结果是:保尔特(BOART)和普兰西(PLANSEE)顶锤、压缸均为We-Co系合金,顶锤Co含量为5%,压缸为9.5%。顶锤有分层结构,各层组织明显不同,但其共同点是:孔隙度低、缺陷少、无脏化,都属非均匀组织。顶锤锤芯含η相。压缸无分层结构,亦无η相。
    Abstract: Analytical study has been made by selecting large type cemented carbide anvils and dieswhich have been used in imported production line. Experiments showed that BOART andPLANSEE anvils and dies are made of WC-Co system alloy. The Co comtent in the anvils is 5%and that in dies is 9.5%. The anvils is of layer structure with obvious different structures between various layer,but their common features are low porosity,Less defects,no impurities and ofheterogenerous structure. The top core of anvil has η phase,while dies do not show layer structureand have no η phase.
