高比重合金球的研制

MANUFACTURE OF HEAVY ALLOY BALLS

  • 摘要: 本文通过不同工艺的对比实验,确定了WM材料的最佳烧结工艺。研究了用挤压滚球法制造合金球毛坯及其影响滚圆效率的各种因素,确定了最佳滚圆条件。同时还对合金球在特定工艺下进行表面硬化处理,保证了合金球基体原有的塑性,并强化了球珠表面。精研后,球形偏差和表面光洁度与一级轴承铜球标准相当。

     

    Abstract: The optimum sintering conditions of heavy allaoy balls were established by making comparison between different experimental.precessings.By using extruding-tumbling process of ball blanks and investigating the factors affecting rounding-up efficiency, the optimum Process parameters for rounding-up were obtained.Alloy balls have been carried out case hardening, which results in having a hard surface and keeping the inherent plasticity of the core. After lapping botn the deviation from spheriodicity and the finished surface of the heavy alloy balls are comparable to Grade I,GB308-77 (China National Standard for Bearing Steel Balls).
