内氧化制备Cu-Al2O3复合材料新工艺的研究

A NEW METHOD FOR FABRICATION OF Cu-Al2O3 COMPOSITE BY INTERNAL OXIDATION

  • 摘要: 提出了一种在低真空度下内氧化制备Cu-Al2O3合金粉,以热锻为后续致密化手段,辅以其它工序制备Cu-Al2O3复合材料的新工艺,并进行了初步的试验研究与理论分析。研究结果表明:在低真空度下内氧化,有助于增大内氧化速率、细化Al2O3粒子并有助于Al2O3粒子的弥散分布;热锻具有显著的致密化作用,可代替冷变形作为致密化手段。与现有的内氧化制备工艺相比,本文提出的新工艺具有工艺简单、成本低、有利于规模化生产的优点

     

    Abstract: A new internal oxidation method for fabrication the Cu-Al2O3 composites with Cu-Al alloy powder has been proposed. Using this method, the internal oxidation is carried out in the vacuum with the oxygen pressure of 300Pa and the compacting process is the heat forging. The experimental research and theoretical analysis have been made. The results show that the internal oxidation in the vacuums with the oxygen pressure of 300Pa is helpful to increase the internal oxidation rate, decrease the size of Al2O3 particles and separate out Al2O3 particles dispersively, and the heat forging has the evident compacting effect which improves the microstructure and properties of the composites. The new method can simplify the present fabrication processes and is easy to be applied for mass production.
