摘要: 研究了循环条件对YG20硬质合金热冲击裂纹扩展的影响。结果表明,随着循环温度的升高和冷却速率的增加,裂纹萌生的孕育期缩短,裂纹扩展速率增加。扫描电镜观察发现,热冲击断口中存在疲劳条纹。Abstract: The effect of cyclic condition on thermal shock crack propagations are studied.The results show that the incubation period of crack decrease with the raise of cyclic temperature and the increase of cooling rate.There are fatigue stripes on the thermal shock sample fractures.
