MECHANICAL ALLOYING OF ZrO2-50mol%CaO CERAMICS POWDER

  • 摘要: 研究了ZrO2-50mol%CaO陶瓷粉末的机械合金化过程,发现高能球磨可以极大地提高ZrO2和CaO的反应速率。在本实验条件下,经120h球磨,生成CaZrO3化合物。探讨了脆性陶瓷材料发生机械合金化的原因,提出了复合粒子合金化的机制。

     

    Abstract: In the present paper the mechanical alloying process of ZrO2-50mol%CaO ceramics powderhas been investigated. It has been found that the high energy ball milling can.greatly enhance the reaction speed of ZrO2 and CaO. The compound CaZrO3 has been formed by 120h milling. The alloyingmechanism of brittle ceramics has been discussed and the Compound powder formed by milling wasconsidered playing an important role in the process.
