锌热腐蚀法回收硬质合金的研究

INVESTIGATION ON ZINC HEAT EROSION PROCESS FOR RECYCLING CEMENTED CARBIDE

  • 摘要: 测定了锌热腐蚀金属钴、硬质合金(YG8)的腐蚀动力学曲线,脱锌动力学曲线及其腐蚀产物、组织结构。介绍了锌热腐蚀法回收硬质合金的机理及工艺参数。
    Abstract: The erosion kinetics curves of zinc-heat erosion cobalt and cemented carbide(YG8), dezincification kinetics curves and the eroded products and structure are measured. The mechanisms and process parameters of zinc-heat erosion process for recycling cemented carbide are outlined.The temperature of zinc-heat erosion for cemented carbide is normally in a range of 750-900℃ and dezincification temperature is preferably below 850℃.The result of dezincification with vacuum is better than that of dezincification with flowing hydrogen.
