消除压制或整形设备模具系统积累误差的球垫结构

STRUCTURE OF SPHERICAL WASHER FOR ELIMINATING ACCUMULATED ERRORS IN COMPACTING AND COINING TOOL SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 在粉末冶金制品的压制或整形中,由于设备本身和模具系统的零部件制造允差的积累,使模件在相对位置上产生阴模、模冲以及芯棒的偏移和歪斜,从而影响制品精度,甚至导致模具的损坏。为此,本文介绍了利用球面垫圈消除其角度误差以及利用模冲、芯棒的平移或游动消除其位置误差的方法,以达到提高制品精度并降低模具制造费用的目的。

     

    Abstract: In P/M products’ processing, the tolerances accumulated from the manufacture of equipment and its compacting tools make the deviation and distortion of dies,punches and core rods on their relative positions,and therefore decrease their accuracy or even damage them. This paper has described how to eliminate the angle errors by using spherical washers and the method to eliminate the position errors by horizontally moving or floating the punches and core rods therefore the accuracy of products is improved and the production cost of dies decreases.
