The Effects of Nitrogen Pressure and the Amount of Diluent on Y-α/β-Sialon by SHS

摘要: 通过组成设计,以Si、Al和Y₂O₃为原料,Si₃N₄为稀释剂,利用燃烧合成法制备了Y-α/β-Sialon粉末。用XRD、化学分析法分别研究了α-Sialon、β-Sialon相组成和游离硅含量,讨论了氮气压力、稀释剂含量对生成物Y-α/β-Sialon中的相含量及其显微结构的影响。

Abstract: Polyphase Y-α/β-Sialon powders were prepared by self-propagating high temperature synthesis method,with Si,Al,Y₂O₃ and Si₃N₄ as raw materials under high nitrogen pressure.The effects of nitrogen pressure and the amount of diluent on α',β'phase compositions and the amount of free Si was studied in detail.
