VM型氦气制冷机高温导向环材料的研究

AN INVESTIGATION ON HIGH-TEMPERATURE MATERIALS FOR GUIDE RING IN VM TYPE HELIUM CRYOGENERATOR

  • 摘要: VM型氦气制冷机是依靠外界输入热量来制冷的微型制冷设备。处于高温(600—700℃)氦气中工作的热腔自润滑导向环是该机的关键部件。本文介绍了高温导向环材料的研究及其装机试验结果。结果表明,所研制的Ta(MoReNi)—MoS2自润滑复合材料,具有优异的物理一机械、摩擦磨损性能和良好的机加工性能.用该材料制成的导向环可完全满足VM型制冷机的各项技术要求。经整机运行500小时停机检测,导向环径向平均摩损率为2.1×10-5 mm/h,预计其使用寿命可达5000小时以上。

     

    Abstract: The VM type cryogenerator is a mini-device using heat imput from outside. Its key component is a self-lubricating guide ring working in a hot cavity at high temperature from 600 to 700℃. This paper describes the investigations and results through practical operation, which showed that the self-lubricating Ta ( Mo, Re, Ni )-MoS2 materials have suprior physico-mechanical properties and wear-resistance and good machinability.They can meet all technical requirements of VM type helium cryogenerator. The average radial wearability of this guide ring after 500 hours' testing was 2.1×105 mm/h. The estimated service life of this ring may be over 5000 hours.
