高温反应合成TiAl金属间化合物的研究

STUDY OF SELF-PROPAGATING HIGH TEMPERATURE SYNTHESIS

  • 摘要: 研究了以自蔓延高温合成(SHS)技术合成TiAl金属间化合物的燃烧反应过程及有关工艺参数(受热温度、压坯密度、加热速率和原始粉末粒度)对反应合成TiAl金属间化合物的影响。研究结果表明,Ti与Al之间的剧烈放热反应是在Al熔化之后产生的。当加热速率快时,压坯密度高较有利于燃烧反应的进行及TiAl金属间化合物的合成。加热速率和Al粉粒度对燃烧反应过程的影响与预燃烧相的形成有关。

     

    Abstract: The combustion synthesis process of synthesising TiAl intermetallics and the effects of process parameters (heat temperature,compact density,heating rate and scaning particle size) on the synthesis of TiAl intermetallics were studied. The result showed that the intense combustion reaction between Ti and Al tubes place after Al has melted. The high compact density is helpful to the reaction processing and the synthesis of TiAl intermetallics when the heating rate is high. The effects of the heating rate and the particle size of Al powder on the synthesis of TiAl are related to the formation of pre-combustion phase.
