PREPARATION AND STRUCTURE OF HIGH TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTOR IN BiPbSbSnSrCaCuO COMPOUNDS

  • 摘要: 本工作研究了Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3O2和Bi1.6Pb0.4-x-ySbxSnySr2Ca2Cu3O2系统样品的超导性质。以较短的烧结时间制得零电阻温度为107K的Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3O2和110K的Bi1.6Pb0.35Sb0.05Sr2Ca2Cu3O2的高温超导相。Bi系超导体的结构为两相,其中85K相是a=b=5.408Å,c=30.74Å的四方相;而110K相是a=5.408Å,b=5.336Å,c=37.10Å的正交相。

     

    Abstract: The superconductivity of the samples of Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3O2 and Bi1.6Pb0.4-x-ySbxSnySr2Ca2Cu3O2 system compounds was studied. The high temperature Superconducting phase of Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3O2 with Tco=107K and of Bi1.6Pb0.35Sb0.05Sr2Ca2Cu3O2 with Tco=110K has been prepared in a shorter time of sintering. The structure of Bi series superconductors has two phases in which XRD pattern can be indexed by tetragonal lattice with a=b=5.408Å, c=30.74Å for 85K phase and orthorhombic lattice with a=b=5.408Å, b=5.336Å, c=37.10Å for 110K phase.
