复印机多台阶精密含油轴承试制与生产

TRIAL-MANUFACTURE AND PRODUCTION OF PRECISION OILIMPREGNATED BEARINGS WITH MULTI-STEPS USED IN DUPLICATING MACHINE

摘要: 本文介绍了复印机中传动用多台阶精密含油轴承的试制与生产情况。认为其技术关键在于初压坯密度控制和精整工序。为此,设计了下压头浮动结构的自动压模以达到零件密度均匀分布,并以零件内孔和扁外形定位,采用内外全整形,满足了零件最终精度要求。

Abstract: The trial-manufacture and production status of precision oilimpregnated bearings with multi-steps for transmission in duplicating machine have been introduced,The reasonable process of making the products of this kind has been put forward.It is known by analysizing the structure and precision that the key point of technique lies on the control of green density and sizing process. Therefore, a ram with floating structure and automatic die have been designed for the homogeneous distribution of density in parts. Furthermore, final precision requirements can be met by the positioning fix of inner hole and flat contour of parts and by all-round coining.
