粉末装套锻造高速钢-45号钢复合刨刀片工艺的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF POWDER FORGING PROCESS USED IN MAKING COMPOSITE PLANING CHIPS FROM HIGH SPEED STEEL POWDER AND CARBON-STEEL(0.45%C) CONTAINER

  • 摘要: 采用高速钢粉末与45号钢套自由锻造工艺,制造双金属木工刨刀片。在分析工艺过程基础上,着重研究了粉末高速钢与45号钢刀体之间的结合强度与断口形态。
    试验表明,双金属结合情况良好。因此,用本工艺制造双金属复合材料不仅可行,而且有较高的经济效益,值得在生产中采用。

     

    Abstract: The bimetallic planing chips for carpenters were made by drop-forging high speed steel powder in carbon-steel (0. 45%C) containers. On the basis of anaiyzing technological process,the bonding strength between powder high speed steel and carbonsteel (0. 45%C) and fracture mophology were emphatically investigated.
    Experiments have shown the good bonding strength between two metals, hence it is not only feasible but also economical for commercial production of bimetallic composite materials by using this process.
