SHS Centrifugal Machine for Producing Ceramic-lined Pipes

摘要: 通过JS-1型SHS离心机的研制,介绍了该机的组成与结构特点,简述了在设计制造中的几个主要问题。实践证明,该机可成功地制备内径为50~200mm,长度在100~2000mm之间的中小型陶瓷内衬复合钢管。

Abstract: The structure and operating characteristic of JS-1 SHS certrifugal machine have been introduced,several main problems and its soluble methods have been interpreted.It is proved that the machine can be used to produce satisfactorily ceramic-lined pipes of inside diameter 50~200mm and length 100~2000mm.
