自蔓燃高温合成CrB₂

摘要: 以铝粉、氧化铬、氧化硼为主要原料,采用自蔓燃高温合成工艺制取硼化铬CrB₂。实验证明,合成反应Cr₂O₃+6Al+2B₂O₃=2CrB₂+3Al₂O₃可顺利进行,经化学分析及X线衍射分析证实产物的主要物相为CrB₂,并研究了各种因素对结果的影响。

Abstract: The self-propagating high-temperature synthesis CrB 2were be studied,te main material is Al,Cr₂O₃,B₂O₃.It prove that the reaction Cr₂O₃+6Al+2B₂O₃=2CrB₂+3Al₂O₃ can be carried out successfully.The result show that the main phase of production is CrB 2 by,and all kinds of influance factor were be studied.
