摘要: 以铝粉、氧化铬、氧化硼为主要原料,采用自蔓燃高温合成工艺制取硼化铬CrB2。实验证明,合成反应Cr2O3+6Al+2B2O3=2CrB2+3Al2O3可顺利进行,经化学分析及X线衍射分析证实产物的主要物相为CrB2,并研究了各种因素对结果的影响。Abstract: The self-propagating high-temperature synthesis CrB 2were be studied,te main material is Al,Cr2O3,B2O3.It prove that the reaction Cr2O3+6Al+2B2O3=2CrB2+3Al2O3 can be carried out successfully.The result show that the main phase of production is CrB 2 by,and all kinds of influance factor were be studied.
